This regimen, emphasizing fish, legumes, and a diverse range of fruits and vegetables, may contribute positively by potentially reducing inflammation, a common culprit in chronic pain.
The core principle of an anti-inflammatory diet revolves around foods rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients, recognized for their potential to lower overall body inflammation.
