A bone broth fast can open the door to powerful healing by accelerating the benefits to your health.
Here are some of the benefits of bone broth:

It’s not an old wives’ tale: Research shows eating chicken soup reduces the white blood cells that cause the symptoms of flu and colds.

The glucosamine in bone broth helps your body build new collagen, which in turn repairs injured joints while reducing inflammation and pain.
4. Bone broth gives you beautiful skin, hair and nails.
Along with collagen for your skin, bone broth is rich in gelatin to support hair growth and keep your nails strong.
5. It supports bone formation, growth and repair.
High levels of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus in bone broth assists bones with healthy growth and repair.
6. Bone broth is low in cost.
Although you can order store bought bone broth, you can also make it yourself, at a very low cost.
7. It’s very convenient to make.
If you have a crockpot, you can easily make bone broth. The recipe is below.
8. It’s a better source of nutrients than supplements.
Bone broth offers all the nutrients and minerals found in bones and tendons, while you might find one or two in supplement pills. Slow cooking in a crockpot safeguards the nutrients better than the high heat extraction used by companies to produce supplements.
9. Bone broth fights inflammation.
Bone broth is high in the amino acids glycine and proline both of which reduce inflammation.
10. Bone broth supports a calm mind and healthy sleep.
Another benefit of the amino acid glycine is its calming properties.
